We all know they’re really there for the fame

We’ve now met all 10 of the MAFS Australia season 12 couples and it looks like we’re in for a juicy series.

There has already been all kinds of drama, from Eliot quitting the show to Adrian finding out Awhina has a kid and Jamie going in on Tim at the first dinner party.

They all pretend they’re on the show for love, but we all know they’re actually there for the clout and opportunities.

Now that we know who they all are, let’s take a look at the entire 2025 cast’s actual jobs according to their LinkedIn profiles to see who needed the fame the most.

Paul

Paul works as a Wellness Advisor for a company called Sodexo, his very basic LinkedIn profile reveals, which provides food services to people who are working in the mines.

Carina

Carina is a Digital Marketing Specialist at her family’s tool company, but according to her LinkedIn, she’s also a personal assistant, entrepreneur, aspiring TV presenter and aspiring actress. Plus, she founded her own athleisure fashion brand Mirab which she is the CEO of.

Eliot

Eliot is a business owner who has businesses in Australia and Sri Lanka, although it seems like he keeps them pretty secret. It doesn’t look like he has a LinkedIn profile, but he did say he works in house renovations.

Lauren

Lauren runs her own gifts business called Mayfair Lane Gifts, her LinkedIn reveals, and the 37-year-old has been doing it since 2019. The company sorts out gift boxes for clients when they don’t want to do it themselves and posts them out to people.

Tony

Tony doesn’t have LinkedIn either, but he’s a Charter Captain who has his own fishing charter business out of Shellharbour Marina in New South Wales. The 57-year-old is a local hero who helped rescue three anglers who were swept off rocks in 2022.

Morena

Morena said she’s a DJ and Fitness Instructor, although an old LinkedIn profile with the same name says she was also a pastry chef at a restaurant called Aqaureena. It’s not clear if that’s definitely her though.

Tim

Tim probably has one of the most normal jobs on MAFS this season as the 38-year-old is a PE teacher at a school in Melbourne. He’s not the only teacher on the show this year either.

Katie

Katie is the CEO of a social enterprise group of restaurants called Eats HQ that helps people in need with emergency food and housing. The 37-year-old’s LinkedIn says she’s been doing that since 2018 and has won loads of awards. Before that, she worked as an Administration Manager at a leisure centre and various other social start-ups.

Ryan

Ryan is a 36-year-old Project Manager according to his MAFS profile, but he’s actually an actor too. Apparently, there are loads of Ryan Donnelly’s in New South Wales so it’s not clear which LinkedIn profile in his, but he was spotted filming a major Hollywood movie in Sydney in February.

Jacqui

Jacqui doesn’t have LinkedIn either, but she says she’s a consultant, yoga instructor and model. She has a degree in law and finance and also claimed she was Miss New Zealand once, but that’s not the entire truth.

Jake

Weirdly, Jake is also a high school PE teacher, but he loves to watch YouTube, anime and play computer games in his spare time.

Ash

Ash has her own dance studio on the Gold Coast called Ashleigh Lee Dance Company, where she teaches kids dance and performing skills in a fun way.

30-year-old Awhina is an Aged Care Worker who helps elderly people with daily tasks, but she’s also a single mum to her seven-year-old son.

Dave

Gentle giant Dave is a builder who has his own caulking business, sealing gaps and cracks around people’s houses. He doesn’t have LinkedIn, but his business Silicone Valley Caulking does have its own TikTok account with over 59k followers.

Jamie

Jamie’s LinkedIn profile reveals she’s an Account Manager at the digital marketing company First Page. She has a degree in marketing and communications from the University of South Australia and has worked in the industry ever since graduating in 2017.

Jeff

Jeff is another handyman, working full-time as an electrician in Melbourne.

Rhi

34-year-old Rhi is a self-employed fitness blogger who finds and reviews Australia’s best training spaces on her Instagram profile Train in AU. She’s been doing that since 2022 alongside working as an Account Manager for an IT company called Seisma Group, her LinkedIn page reveals.

Billy

Billy doesn’t have a LinkedIn profile either but he works as a plasterer. Why are all the cast this year business owners, teachers or builders?!

Sierah

Finally, Sierah has a pretty important job as a Financial Associate Advisor and she’s no stranger to reality TV, because she also went on The Bachelor in the past!
