So, Gypsy Rose Blanchard has just revealed she didn’t know what ‘slay’ or ‘mother’ meant

Yeah, in that order

So Gypsy Rose Blanchard has revealed she doesn’t know what a lot of Gen Z slang means, including slay and mother. Yeah… in that order.

Since she was released from prison in December last year, people have been calling Gypsy Rose mother a whole lot and a lot of slays have been thrown about after she became a massive celebrity.

But whilst having her hair and makeup done, Gypsy Rose revealed that she actually doesn’t know what a lot of internet slang means.

She was asked what her biggest culture shock was when she was released from prison and she said: “Gen Z has a whole language. I didn’t know what slay or mother or anything like that meant.” And people have been freaking out, you know, given what she was in prison for.

“I feel like I’m a time capsule back in 2014”, she added.

Someone then stitched the video on TikTok, saying: “Are you sure Gypsy Rose Blanchard? You didn’t know what slay or mother meant? Specifically both of them together?” The video has now gone viral with people commenting: “This is the reason I pay my internet bill” “I just screamed so loud” and “I clutched my metaphorical pearls right now”.

And now living her hot girl summer life after breaking up with her husband Ryan and having a nose job Gypsy Rose has just said that she thinks Taylor Swift’s new song Fresh Out The Slammer is about her and her release from prison. Apparently, she sees a lot of similarities between the song lyrics and her real life.
