Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s life has been chaotic since she left prison in December 2023 after serving seven years for the murder of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard. But it’s taken a crazy turn recently after she announced her split from husband Ryan Anderson.

Announcing her breakup on Facebook, Gypsy Rose said: “People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou. I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find who I am.”

And since then she’s really been in her hot girl summer era, so this is everything Gypsy Rose Blanchard has been up to since her break up:

Dyeing her hair blonde

The very first step of Gypsy Rose’s hot girl summer routine was dyeing her hair blonde. Relatable. Although this was before their official break-up announcement, Gyspy and Ryan have been separated and living apart since March when she first changed up her hair.

Reuniting with her ex-fiancée

Only days after announcing her break up from Ryan, Gypsy Rose was pictured holding hands with her ex-fiancée Ken Urker, who she was engaged to briefly whilst in prison before meeting Ryan Anderson. They were pictured holding hands as they were shopping in Louisiana. But the two went on an Instagram live together and confirmed that they were just friends. “We have not had any intimacy. We’re just hanging out as friends,” he said.

And getting matching tattoos with him

And more than just holding hands, Gypsy Rose and her ex Ken actually went as far as to get matching tattoos together. Gypsy Rose and Ken got matching husky dog tattoos on their arms which, when you put them together, form the shape of a heart. The tattoos are meant to symbolise their “strong bond”.

Getting plastic surgery

Truly marking the start of her hot girl summer era, Gypsy Rose told People Magazine that she was preparing to get a rhinoplasty (nose job) to change the shape and appearance of her nose. “I’m going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one, too,” she said.

She has since shared photos of her recovery, with sources revealing she paid around $5,000 for the surgery. She underwent the nose job, which was a combination of rhinoplasty and septoplasty on the 5th of April by Dr Jeffrey J. Joseph, a respected surgeon in Louisiana.

Filing a restraining order against ex-husband

Yikes! As well as linking up with her ex, Gypsy Rose has filed a restraining order against her husband, Ryan. Court documents obtained by People Magazine show that Gypsy Rose filed the restraining order in the 17th Judicial District Court in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana last week. She is also requesting Ryan pay interim and long-term spousal support because she is “in need and the defendant has ability to pay and she is not at fault for the dissolution of marriage.” Gypsy Rose is estimated to have a net worth of over $3 million. She is also asking the court to deny spousal support to him from her, the documents show.

And him filing one back!

But the plot thickens because Ryan has filed a restraining order right back at her. According to more court documents seen by People, Ryan Anderson filed a restraining order against Gypsy Rose last Thursday, 11th April. There is a court ruling scheduled for the 23rd of May. The drama!

Revealing the reason they split up

So even more goss about Ryan and Gypsy Rose’s break up emerged today and boy is it juicy. Basically, they got into a big fight over him hoarding food and snoring a lot.

According to a new report by TMZ, a source close to Gypsy Rose Blanchard told them that the two got into a huge fight about Ryan and his food hoarding just before the divorce announcement. The source says Gypsy wasn’t aware of his hoarding tendencies before she left prison and moved in with him fully. He collects and keeps food in bulk, apparently.

The source then claims that Gypsy told people around her that these behaviours remind her of her mother. The source continued that Gypsy was particularly irked by Ryan’s fridge which was full of out-of-date food, and when Gypsy cleared it out Ryan was seriously unhappy and it led to a big fight.

Not only this, but she also said the heat off Ryan at night and the fact he snored a lot was the last straw and too much to cope with and adapt to after leaving prison and heading straight into the public eye.
