Warwick Law finalists given wrong exam

They were told it won’t have a negative impact

In a third year Law  exam, students were given a September resit paper instead of the summer examination paper.

The exam for the Global Intellectual Property Law exam took place yesterday afternoon.

People were outraged as their lecturer implied certain topics would come up, because they were the same topics that were given for their coursework.

However, these topics did not come up in the September resit examination paper and so many that revised for those topics feel very misled, especially as it was an exam that had the potential of bringing up their overall grade.

After the examination was over, the lecturer sent in an email to the students asking them not to worry as “This will not have any negative impact upon any student” and “the external moderator for the course will also be made of the circumstances.”
