The line up for the Tuesday Club Freshers’ Carnival has been announced

Expect more than 11 hours of music


The Tuesday Club have announced the line up for the Freshers' Carnival which takes place on Tuesday, September 18 at Sheffield Students' Union.

With the Summer Carnival now an end of uni tradition, organisers have pulled out all the stops as TTC begins celebrations for its 20th year.

Drum and bass and jungle specialist Shy FX will headline the event, with multi-genre DJ Zinc and bassline producer Notion also high up the bill.

Shy FX is best known for dancehall classic Original Nuttah and his remix of Protoje and Chronixx's Who Knows, while DJ Zinc shot to fame with Ms Dynamite collaboration Wile Out. Notion appeared at Tuesday Club in March as part of the CruCast bassline collective takeover event.

Along with Jamz Supernova and Kyrist, local talent will also feature heavily at the Carnival, with sets from resident DJ Andy H, Tino, Displace, and the Sheffield Hallam DnB (Drum and Bass) Society.

In total, there will be over 11 hours of music across the free event and barbecue in the Bar One gardens, with some DJs still to be announced for this, and the ticketed event in Foundry from 11pm.

It marks the start of an exciting autumn season for The Tuesday Club, with Mall Grab, Bondax, TQD, and more all confirmed to come to Sheffield.
