The Scene is set to reopen on the 18th and we cannot wait

We’ve missed you

Well, it has been a while since we’ve been to The Scene, hasn’t it? But, it’s back. With a Facebook post announcing their reopening on the 18th of September, with opening times to be revealed soon. There has been a few adjustments to comply with current Covid-19 restrictions. These restrictions include the addition of table service and hand sanitiser at various locations in the venue.

The Scene assures that there’s “plenty of room for everyone, so bookings will not be necessary.” They also advised visitors to remain seated at their tables, practise social distancing, and avoid meeting in large groups.

They have also advised customers to “refrain from singing, dancing or raising your voice” as well as avoiding moving furniture. They have also told people to only “visit if you are feeling well.” It is undeniable that the atmosphere will be different from what we’re used to due to COVID restrictions.

The opening of night clubs in Lincoln has seen repurposed protocols in a fair few venues, including Home who also now have table service, and Trebles who again have opted for the same method.
