Floody Hell

There’s water leaking through the roof in the halls which you’ve probably never heard of

Residents of Lyddon Hall have been left high but not so dry after becoming the victims of flooding.

The on-campus halls that you probably didn’t know existed has become the latest victim of the torrential weather, with water seeping into the corridors.

The cause is rumoured to be patchy roof-work allowing the water to seep through, though no personal damage has been reported by residents at this time.

Luckily residents have been able to keep good spirits during the chaos, with some resorting to their own custom solutions to their water-based problems.

The disaster is of such significance that it’s even earned its own hashtag, #pray4lyddon

The University is unavailable for comment at this time but The Tab can confirm that if you’re not living there and try to enter the halls you’ll be told in no uncertain terms that your presence isn’t appreciated.
