This week’s Fashion in the Forum is ladies only and they are 10/10 stunners

All hail the gals!

In the spirit of International Women’s Day, this week’s edition celebrates the ladies on campus. Fabulous, formidable and fiercely chic; feast your eyes on this delectable selection of fashion and expression.

Martha, First Year, English and Drama

In the first of many red polo necks this week, Martha shows us that a coat, no matter how simple, can always be the talking piece. This leather number was her granny’s in the 90s (jealous), paired with Zara jeans, Doc Martens and Rhimani earrings to highlight her face.

Ellie, Third Year, History

If you’re supposed to dress as if you’re going to see your worst enemy, then Ellie is dressed to see her arch nemesis. The neutral-beige colour palette and impeccable coordination is Bond Street-ready. Her swoon-worthy coat is vintage Aquascutum, purchased on Depop, which is artfully paired with checkered trousers from Zara.

Hattie, Second Year, Philosophy

Hattie’s coordination is also on fleek – her red bandana and patent coat combo caught my eye from the top of forum hill, resulting in a slight stalker incident, but totally worth it; she looks unreal.

Her statement coat is from Unique 21 and the bandana is a vintage piece out of her mum’s wardrobe.

Josie, Second Year, History of Art and Italian

Spring hath finally sprung (kind of) and Josie is wasting no time in this ditsy floral jumpsuit from Zara. Queen.

Honestly just get me in a summer dress, soaking up the rays, while eating lunch on forum steps already, am I right?

Eloise and Jess, Second Year, English and History of Art

I’m not sure if red was a major trend this week or just catching my eye, but it seems to evoke a confidence and beauty that demands photographic attention.

From the jumpers to the animal print scarf and phone case, this lil duo was so coordinated I couldn’t resist. Eloise (left) pairs her Zara Jumper with a vintage scarf from Rokit, while Jess lets her & Other Stories knit do all the talking.

Gia, Third Year, Law

Gia is the reminder we didn’t know we needed that turquoise need not be limited to tatty summer jewellery. She rocks the coral blue hues in this vintage Ralph Lauren tee and handmade earrings from Cyprus.

Isla, Second Year,

Tasty as a glass of shiraz!

Our final lady in red, Isla epitomises comfy-cute chic in this cord and wool combo. You too can look this put together in ASOS cords and jumper, completed with an H&M hair scarf.
