Have Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian split? Explaining his nasty comments about North West

Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian are a match made in aesthetic heaven, but now there are split rumours and some rather nasty quotes about North West on the internet. 

Both Lewis and Kim Kardashian have an awe-inspiring relationship history filled with baddie after baddie – and Kanye West – but there’s always an exception to the rule. 

They were first connected at the beginning of 2026, but they didn’t confirm the relationship until June, when they went Instagram official. Now, you’ll usually find them posing up a storm on Insta, or attending various A-list soirees.

Right, what’s up with the Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian split claims? 

Over on Twitter, though it’s since spread to other platforms, there are dozens of posts alleging that Kim and Lewis have broken up. Though not massively surprising given their relationship histories, the claims came equipped with some rude comments about Kim’s daughter North West. 

In the clip, Lewis Hamilton allegedly said: “Kim couldn’t handle the relationship, and now she can’t even handle her own child. Something clearly isn’t right. I remember when we talked about having a daughter, and honestly, I’m glad it never happened. I can’t imagine raising a child with someone who handles situations like this.

“Kim spoiled North and enabled a lot of her behaviour for years. There’s no way I’d want my own daughter growing up thinking it’s okay to disrespect and publicly attack her parents. Kim needs to sit down with Kanye and put their differences aside for North’s sake. They both need to step up because this situation is getting out of hand.

“And Kim, this is genuinely friendly advice: please get North the proper professional support she needs. Whatever is going on, it clearly needs to be addressed before things get worse.”

Lewis Hamilton reacted to North’s recent online outburst, saying he honestly doesn’t regret ending things with Kim.

Pretty shocking stuff to say about a teenager, but there are other posts where Kim seemingly clapped back, and even Kanye gets involved.

A quick Google search confirmed suspicions: They’re fabricated lies. No reputable organisation has reported on the quotes, and the video attached to the posts is something completely different from one of Lewis’ lives. 

Kim kardasian just went live and did not hold back,she called Lewis Hamilton “childish” for that vague Instagram story he posted after their split, saying:

On why these fake accounts have started posting absolute bullsh*t, I think the answer is somewhat obvious. 

North West is the name everyone is talking about right now, and fierce debates have taken place around her online presence, her music career, and her appearance. Some have accused Kim of being an awful mum as a result, but supporters have pointed out that North was always going to have a very public life. 

Still, it’s incredibly weird for Twitter accounts to be spreading total lies about a 13-year-old.
