Ariana Grande ‘likes’ revealing post from therapist about ‘health’ after online scurrility
She recently announced a break from public attention
Singer Ariana Grande has liked a revealing Instagram post from therapist Terri Cole about health amidst social media scrutiny.
Since the release of her music video for album title track Petal, social media conversation around Ariana Grande and ongoing health concerns has greatly increased. In the middle of this, the singer has announced a break from the public eye once she wraps up her Eternal Sunshine tour, including leaving the West End production of Sunday In The Park With George.
Ariana Grande’s followers have noticed she liked an Instagram Reel shared by therapist Terri Cole on Tuesday, which talks about being the healthiest version of yourself.

“Unfortunately, I can confirm that not everyone likes the healthiest version of you,” the video text said.
In the caption, Terri goes into more detail about what she means by this statement.
“Growth certainly has a way of shifting relationships, and that tension can be awkward to deal with sometimes. There are going to be people who celebrate the healthier version of you…and you might have those who miss the version of you that was stretched thin, keeping everyone else happy + comfortable,” the caption said.
“Keep growing and prioritising yourself regardless. You have more strength than you likely give yourself credit for, and every step you take to honour your boundaries is proof of that.”

People on social media have claimed Terri is Ariana’s therapist, but this information is unconfirmed. The two follow each other on Instagram.
During her Chicago concert three days ago, Ariana addressed the break directly to her supporters, claiming the decision was planned long before the renewed wave of attention for the singer.
“The announcement that was made yesterday was not a reactive or impulsive thing,” she said.
“It is something that I have decided; it’s a plan that I have quietly made, a long time ago, and it’s a decision that was made from a thoughtful and empowered place.”
Ariana continued: “Boundaries can need to be set, human beings can need a break sometimes, and also, this can be, and will continue to be, the greatest experience of my professional and creative life. No matter what noises exist out there, nothing will ever be able to distort my reality or be more real to me, or louder to me, than this love that we share.”
