Morena slams ‘sh*t show’ MAFS Australia and groom Tony in unfiltered 10-minute rant

Oh she is ANGRY

Morena is angry. Let’s make that very clear. The MAFS Australia bride left the show after failing to find a connection with her partner Tony, and now Morena has made it her mission to slam the show at every given opportunity.

She’s done interviews talking about her experience, and in one unfiltered rant, really went in on the experiment and Tony. The rogue video, obtained by Daily Mail Australia, showed Morena at a viewing event for the show. The publication has said she spoke for 10 minutes in total, and reeled off her problems with her portrayal and the show in general. This was all before she’d even seen any of the episodes.

In the clip, she began by saying she was grateful because she hadn’t made it into much of the promotional material for the experiment. “I actually said if you can remove me, and make me invisible,” she said of the promo for the show. She added the show should have included more of Tony because he “loved himself so much.”

“Make Tony marry himself,” Morena said, joking of how she would rather be edited out of the whole show than still be involved in it. “We’ll see what they show. I’m hoping not much.”

She then went really rogue, and told a group of women at the event she knew she “was going to end up with someone who smelled” and “maybe someone who was up to my nipples.”

Morena added: “I knew I was going to end up with someone I wasn’t psychically attracted to. But never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever did I expect to be matched with someone who was unavailable.” Tony was still legally married when he took part in the experiment, and Morena has since said she had no idea about this, and it was a key reason they didn’t work out. Tony made comments about “still being in love” with his former wife, that got cut from the show.

In her rant, Morena later branded MAFS a “sh*t show”. She then got up to the camera and addressed MAFS, name dropping producers and the production company. Morena claimed she went up to a senior MAFS producer and told her: “All good things come to an end, darling.”

Morena did conclude that she had “no regrets” and had “learned and grown” through the experiment. She accused MAFS editing of “creating a character” on-screen for her.

According to Daily Mail Australia, Morena’s outburst had been “bubbling beneath the surface for weeks”. Channel Nine has not commented.
