Lip reader finally reveals what Jay-Z whispered to Beyoncé after she won the Grammy

He’s always so supportive of her

Beyoncé is the most-awarded and nominated artist in Grammy history, and she took home three more awards on Sunday including Album of the Year.

Despite being nominated four times, the singer had never won in that category, so it was a pretty big deal when she finally got the award for Cowboy Carter.

She also won Best Country Album, and a clip of the announcement has gone viral as Jay-Z walks over and whispers something into her ear.

Everyone wants to know what her husband said to her, and a lip reader has finally revealed the adorable comment he made.

NJ Hickling told The Mirror that the rapper said: “Woah woah woah. Bout time! You’re a top girl.” Awwww, how sweet!

Queen B has been in the industry for more than two decades after releasing her debut album in 2003, so it certainly has been a long time coming.

Another lip reader has also revealed what Beyoncé said to Blue Ivy, who was sitting next to her, the second she was announced as the winner.

Jeremy Freeman told Tyla she said in complete disbelief: “Oh my God? I had no idea! What do I…”

The singer then turned her back, but the lip reader thinks she either said “What do I say?” Or “What do I do?”

Blue Ivy instantly started clapping before looking at her mum in a weird way as if to say: “Come on, why aren’t you getting up?”

After it finally sank in that she had won, Beyoncé got up to collect her award for Best Country Album on the stage and said: “Wow I really was not expecting this.”

“I want to thank God, oh my God, that I’m able to still do what I love after so many years,” she continued before also thanking “all of the incredible country artists”.

“I think sometimes genre is a cold word to keep us in our place as artists, and just want to encourage people to do what they’re passionate about. And to stay persistent.”
