Inside Elma’s pretty normal life outside the villa, and who she’s dated since Love Island

Elma Pazar was just voted as the favourite girl in the All Stars villa by the public and she instantly broke down in tears.

She was only on Love Island for six days during season five, which aired in 2019, so she’s far from the most famous person in there.

In fact, she actually has a pretty normal life outside the villa, which is probably what makes her so likeable and relatable.

Let’s get to know the Islander a bit better off the screen, including her job and who she’s dated.

What Elma does for a job outside the villa

At home, the 29-year-old is a lash tech with her own eyelash extension business, which she launched before she went on Love Island six years ago.

“I’m a lash technician so I literally do that all day every day. I don’t even look at my phone because my job is so hands on,” she told The Sun.

“That’s my bread and butter. I’ve recently brought out my own brand too and I sell products there, so I focus on that and I live and breathe that basically.”

She’s also on TOWIE and does some influencing

Being a lash tech is her main job, but does a bit of influencing on the side and is on The Only Way Is Essex.

She joined the TOWIE cast in 2022 and has appeared on the show regularly ever since. However, Elma is actually from Hackney, London.

So, who has she dated since Love Island?

After failing to find love in the villa, she had a fling with James ‘Diags’ Bennewith on TOWIE, but they never actually made things official.

She told The Mirror it was her commitment issues that were the problem, saying: “I think I’ve been consistently inconsistent.”

Elma said Diags made her “a bit more self-aware” of the commitment issues she had at that time of her life, but it was “a while ago now”.

“I thought I wanted that with James but I actually didn’t. Again, that was two years ago but I think so much happened in such a short amount of time.”

He’s the only person she’s publicly dated in the last six years, but the 32-year-old wants to find love and settle down.

“I know I want to go in there and meet someone. I’m very open. If I always do what I’ve always done, I’ll always get what I always get,” she said about All Stars.

However, she hasn’t had much luck finding a connection in the villa yet.
