Inside Scott Thomas’ serious life outside Love Island as the CEO of a massive company
He’s actually mega-successful
Now Marcel has been dumped, Scott Thomas is the oldest person on All Stars, and his life outside the villa is pretty different to the other Islanders.
He’s not just an influencer, the 36-year-old actually has a very important and successful career as the CEO of a massive marketing company.
Let’s take at look at everything he’s been doing since his first time on Love Island, all the way back in 2017.

Scott’s the CEO of a massive company
Scott founded The Social PR, a creative agency that reinvents marketing and talent management. The company manages influencers, and he’s still the CEO of it to this day.
He actually had the agency before he went on Love Island, setting it up in 2016, but it didn’t really take off until after he went on the reality show.
“I had the agency before I went on Love Island and I am lucky to have an amazing business partner in Francesca Britton who kept things ticking over while I was in there, and it’s in the past two years that things have really taken off for us,” he told I Love Manchester.
If you recognise that name, Francesca Britton is Molly-Mae’s manager! She used to be director of The Social PR and Molly was signed to the agency when she first left Love Island. However, Francesca decided to go solo to work with Molly-Mae individually.
“Now we’ve just gone from strength to strength and we have some amazing clients, the likes of the Edwardian Hotels, we work with Foot Asylum and have just signed PrettyLittleThing, as well as a lot of the top restaurants and bars in the city like Rosso, Peter Street Kitchen and Impossible night-club,” he continued.

He’s big on wellness and self-development
On top of that, Scott’s also a motivational speaker who has his own self-development podcast Learning As I Go, where he invites celebrity guests to speak about their lives and share advice. Plus, he often does motivational speeches at events too.
Wellness and self-development are both hugely important to him and Scott has now been sober for two years, deciding to quit alcohol for good after a Christmas night out where he upset someone he cared about by “just saying some stupid sh*t that I didn’t even mean”.
“I had done a year sober back in 2020 and it was the best year of my life. But for two years I went back drinking again because I thought I could just learn to moderate. Some nights I could and some nights would end up in absolute madness,” he wrote on Instagram in December.
“I just couldn’t bare the lows anymore and I knew it was the one thing holding me back from my true potential. So here I am two years later and it’s been by far the best decision for me personally. I’ve grown SO much as a person and I can finally look at the person in front of me and say I’m proud of who I am. I’m finally the person I always wanted to be.”
He told I Love Manchester that the gym is very important for “clearing his mind” and he always starts the day with a workout. Sometimes, he even does a second workout in the evening and his only time to chill is in the steam room and sauna because “you can’t take your phone in there”.
