Cuties! Here’s the brutal reason Tom Clare let Casey make third desperate Love Island attempt

Despite appearing on the show in 2023 – and again in last year’s Love Island All Stars with emotional support bestie Tom Clare – Casey O’Gorman returned to ITV this month as one of season two’s All Stars.

Casey originally featured in season nine when he bounced between Claudia Fogarty and Rosie Seabrook, but honestly, he seemed more interested in grafting a friendship with Tom than any of the women in the villa. The trend continued into Love Island All Stars season one, but Tom had his eyes on the prize – the prize being Molly Smith.

Though Tom left All Stars one with a new girlfriend and the ample influencer opportunities that come with it, Casey was as single as ever. Now, after Casey’s THIRD stab at finding love, Tom has issued a statement.

Tom Clare and Casey are one of Love Island’s more recent bromances and they feature heavily on one another’s Instagrams. If you didn’t know the context, you’d undoubtedly think they were in a relationship.

Shedding light on Casey’s decision to join the Love Island All Stars season two cast, Tom told The Sun that he’s banned his mate from taking a fourth stab.

“I won’t let him go on again. This is his last time,” he said. “He had mixed feelings about doing it for a third time, but look, he’s single, and I think on the outside, he hasn’t met anyone that he’s wanted to settle down with. The last two times he was in there, he came in quite late, so he didn’t really get to show his full potential.”

Tom ultimately decided to approve of the decision in a bid to skip Casey’s many FaceTime calls when he’s not actively in a relationship.

“I obviously do miss him when he’s out there because he’s one of my closest friends. I just want the best for him and I’ll back him all day long,” he added. “But when he’s not seeing someone then he’s always on FaceTime to me. I think if there’s not one FaceTime a day then there’s something wrong.”

Currently, Casey is coupled up with Gabby Allen but it’s yet to be seen whether their relationship has any legs. Tom might be getting another FaceTime call sooner than he thinks.
