Inside Nicole and Benaiah’s enviable life a year on from their Love is Blind wedding

Fan favourites from Love is Blind UK, Nicole and Benaiah, are living it up 15 months post-marriage.

Nicole Grunewald-Bridi, 31, met Benaiah, 34, on the first season of the show, and although their connection was clear from the start, Nicole decided to get engaged to Sam Klein.

However, soon after, Nicole realised her mistake and ended her relationship with Sam before rekindling things with and later marrying her now husband, Benaiah.

Although the show aired in 2024, the couple wed in September 2023, and have been living a married life full of bliss since then.

Nicole and Benaiah have been sharing their adventures across the world with their followers on social media.

The pair have recently been to a whole host of fabulous places, such as Abu Dhabi for the Grand Prix and Cologne for the Christmas markets.

People have even told them they’re ‘shocked’ they’re still together

Despite being fan favourites on the show, Nicole and Benaiah have said people seem genuinely “shocked” they’re still together.

The pair explained they are often stopped in the street by people asking if they’re still married and said they’re often shocked when they say “yes”.

Benaiah said: “A lot of time when people stop us on the street, they will go: ‘It is so nice to see that you’re still together’.

“In my head, I am like: ‘Why wouldn’t we be? We are married,’ but people are shocked.

“Maybe there is an element of they see that world differently from real life but for us, this is real life.

“This is our real life, this is a real marriage.”

Benaiah started a podcast

Well, not Nicole, but Benaiah has started a podcast with Love is Blind UK cast mate, Freddie.

The series, Beyond the Pod, tells viewers “everything [they] wanna know” about the show, and the profits all go to charity.

Being part of a Netflix show definitely has its perks, and one of the perks is getting to meet loads of celebrities.

The couple have shared lots of pics with their followers of them rubbing shoulders with British A-Listers, including singer, Gabrielle.

They also met Rylan Clark, Sara Cox, Scott Mills, Pixie Lott, Paddy McGuinness, Ricky Hatton, and Vernon Kay at Radio 2 in the Park 2024. Amazing.
