Messy editing error in Love Is Blind Germany proves pod dates are just as staged as U.S.

Love Is Blind Germany is first and foremost a reality show, which means it wouldn’t be amiss without an editing error or two. Love Is Blind has had its fair share of production errors and staged moments over the years in all of the countries it’s filmed in. However, people have noticed one of the most obvious errors in Love Is Blind Germany which now seems impossible to miss.

The editing error was seen in the first episode of the show. Contestant Hanni is on one of her first dates, and having a conversation with Ilias. She started the pod date wearing a vibrant orange jumpsuit, gold chunky earrings and a pair of black high heels.

However, on the same pod date, her shoes change from the original black heels into a pair of green sandals, and her chunky earrings magically become a pair of thin circular hoops. Eagle-eyed viewers spotted the change despite the scene being portrayed as a seamless conversation.

She was wearing the green shoes previously in episode one while on a date with another show contestant, Daniel. It’s all very messy and the shoe swapping could even mean that the two conversations with different guys were blended and collaged together. Are we really getting the full picture of what went down on these dates?!
