Wait, Tulisa had urgent help from medics on I’m A Celeb last night that we didn’t see

It all happened in the middle of the trial

There was an emergency on last night’s episode of I’m A Celeb where the medics had to come in to assist Tulisa during the bushtucker trial after she thought she had a critter inside her ear – and we never saw it unfold on TV.

Tulisa received the most votes and had to do the Shock Around the Clock trial yesterday, which saw her strapped onto the hand of a clock rotating inside a box whilst loads of bugs and creatures were launched over her. But in shocking scenes that we never got to actually see, the I’m A Celeb emergency medics had to rush in to help the singer after she was convinced something was deep in her ear. Horrid.

A source told The Sun ‘The show was jam-packed full of drama and only an hour long so not everything made the final cut – but mid-way through the trial the show medics rushed in to help.

‘Tulisa was convinced something was in her ear – she wasn’t sure if it was a cockroach, cricket or fly – and had to have a syringe wash. She carried on after that but she was horrified.”

ITV has since confirmed to Mail Online that this did indeed happen, with Tulisa fearing the worst and being convinced something was in there. After the syringe wash, Tulisa carried on and in the end bagged five stars for camp out of a possible 12. She must have been traumatised – the spinning and the bugs is hard enough but she also had to have her general knowledge tested!

Tulisa said to Ant and Dec after she finished the trial “When I was in there my brain just wouldn’t function, it just went blank, I was just trying to survive.”

It was a lot. Trying to imagine how chaotic the TV would have been if it was Dean who thought he had a bug in there.
