Wait, Big Brother’s Ali didn’t even know Emma made shady digs about her on Instagram?

Emma’s now responded after getting asked if she likes Ali

It’s been a weird few days for the Big Brother cast of 2024, as Ali seems to be feuding with other housemates after she won with various other cast saying they think someone else should have won. One of those housemates who’s been leaving shady remarks is Emma – and though the two never had major beef that we saw, they did argue over Lily a bit near the finale last week. Ali and Emma have now both shared an update on their relationship after Big Brother and have opened up a bit more about what viewers never fully got to see.

Emma commented on Ryan’s Instagram, the housemate who got evicted first, “You were literally SOOOOO missed after you left. Bad decision by the public, if you’d have stayed in I reckon Ali would be £90k down today!! You were so funny n so likeable. It was like having Karl Pilkington in the house!!!” This was the shady comment that kinda had most people talking.

In conversation with Heat World, Ali explained her current situation with Emma and opened up about the fact she had only been made aware of any shady comments on socials by doing press junkets as the winner. Ali said “I enjoyed my time with Emma in the house, absolutely. I thought she was absolutely hilarious. She had me laughing to the point of tears at times. She’s very quick-witted, she’s very, very funny, and we had some really sweet moments, I don’t know if they have been aired. We definitely had a deep connection about our shared experiences of grief and stuff like that. So, I really liked Emma, I don’t know how she’s feeling now, but those are my thoughts at the time.

“I haven’t seen any comments made by Emma, and actually, I only learned of those comments this morning through doing interviews with other magazines, so I haven’t seen them and I don’t know. Obviously, I was asked if I’d been talking about Emma on one of the previous days by Emma and it looks really bad because I obviously say, ‘no’, and my defence of it doesn’t make me sound any better, but actually Lily and I were talking about quite a few people.

“[Emma] asked me that question and I was like, ‘I don’t know,’ and I had to decide in a split second, do I just say yes, so at least if it comes out I look really honest, or do I just say no because I can’t remember what we talked about? So, I went with no because if I say yes, she’s going to ask me what [about] I’m going to look like I’m lying anyway.”

Emma then actually responded to rumours her and Ali weren’t getting along after Big Brother. When asked “Do you like Ali”, Emma explained “Oh my god, yes! I love Ali. I don’t know why people seem to think me and Ali didn’t get on or there were any issues there. Me and Ali had some proper deep, meaningful chats and we will be talking much more since we left the house. Ali lost her brother and I lost my mum, and we both bonded over that in the house.

“Doesn’t matter that my mum died nine years ago – and my heart still breaks for her. It was a lot more raw for Ali, her brother wasn’t that long ago really. But yeah, me and Ali, as far as I’m aware loved each other in that house. So that speculation needs to stop.”

Actually so relieved these queens are still mates.
