Revealed: Selling Sunset agent Alanna’s huge net worth with her mega rich husband
Her businessman husband owns a members’ club
This season of Selling Sunset brings loads of drama, but one thing I wasn’t expecting it to provide was new realtor Alanna Whittaker Gold – who owns a town and has a huge net worth to match. Naturally!
“I own a little Western town in the desert,” she told Bre Tiesi, because who doesn’t! From then onwards, I hate to admit, Alanna owned my heart. Love her. Wish her and her yeehaw life all the very best.
So, just how rich is the new Selling Sunset agent? Here’s a look into Alanna Gold, her incredible career and enviable net worth alongside her husband. Spoiler alert: He’s got serious cash, too.
Selling Sunset agent Alanna Gold has a huge net worth
Alanna Gold has an estimated net worth of approximately $2million. As well as working in real estate, she has a career in modelling and social media influencing.
Her career in modelling before joining Selling Sunset was very successful, and Alanna starred in a number of print and digital campaigns under her management, CGM-Caroline Gleason. She began her real estate career in 2021, working with Westside Estate Agency, before she joined The Oppenheim Group in 2023.
Her husband is mega rich, too

Alanna Gold is married to businessman Adam Gold. He’s worked for Red Bull and Woodridge Capital, and is now the managing director of Living Room, a private members’ club set to open before the new year. He also works in events, and has his own beverage company.
The couple got engaged in 2019, and married in 2022. Now all they do is share their life of travelling the world and living it up, all over Instagram.
Alanna and Adam have a huge joint net worth, and own a whole town
During Selling Sunset season eight, Alanna casually announced she owns a genuine wild west style town called Pioneertown. Alanna then whisked the rest of her co-stars for a weekend trip there. She and her husband own the town, clearly putting their money to good use!
The town is located just outside of Joshua Tree, and was established in 1946 as a movie set where stars could also stay and relax with their co-workers. The town is completely car-free and quite literally located in the desert.
You can stay there in real life, of course. Cosmic Ranch is one of the boujiest places you can stay in Pioneertown, although it’ll cost you a pretty penny for just one night at this tranquil location. According to Airbnb, two nights in September will cost you a whopping £803.
The main street of Pioneertown features over 10 stunning shops including an old style motel, pottery studio, general store and even a saloon. Yeehaw!
Selling Sunset is available on Netflix now. For all the latest Netflix news, drops, quizzes and memes like The Holy Church of Netflix on Facebook.
