Guys, people are convinced Jason Oppenheim might be dating someone new. And the Selling Sunset boss definitely has a type, because the woman in question is young, blonde and a model and TikToker.

Jason’s dating history gets brought into conversation quite regularly. Mainly because he always seems to be dating someone much younger than him, but also because he loves to date agents from the Selling Sunset office. He famously dated Chrishell Stause whilst filming for the show, but they split over differing plans for the future. After this, Jason went back to dating women much younger than him, who have no plans to settle down.

His most recent official and public relationship was with model Marie-Lou Nurk, who he met in July 2022. They got together six months after Jason split from Chrishell. There was a 21-year age gap between the pair, and they announced their split in May 2023, after 10 months together.

Then, 47-year-old Jason was spotted cosying up and kissing 25-year-old TikToker Danika Tanya, whilst on holiday in the south of France. But it looks like that’s fizzled out, as he’s been getting close to another girl on a different holiday.

He’s now all over the TikTok account of a girl called Luisa, who has 32k followers and is also a model. One TikTok which has gone viral has made everyone think they’re an item, as Jason can be seen spending thousands on buying Luisa and her friends new shoes.

Jason has also featured in a few other TikToks from the trip, including one where Luisa and Jason pose together over dinner and drinks, and it looks as though they head to a club afterwards.

However, Jason has since told The Tab it’s all rumours, and the woman is just someone he met whilst on his holiday. He confirmed he hung out with two of the women in the TikTok videos and their friends over dinner, but there’s nothing else to it. Not him dropping thousands on someone he’s just met!!! Ok then!!!

Five months after it was confirmed Jason was dating Chrishell they split. At the time, it was said Chrishell had wanted to start a family, but that wasn’t something Jason wanted for himself.

When he then split from Marie-Lou, Jason said: “While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome. We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”
