A rundown of Kady McDermott’s dating history, from Islanders to footballers
Let’s hope she has better luck back in the villa!
When you go on Love Island your dating history, and future, is laid bare – and that’s something Kady McDermott has now had twice.
She’s got to know people romantically in front of the entire UK public in 2016, and now again in 2023. Since first being on the show, she’s publicly dated Islanders, footballers and TV stars. Those relationships ultimately didn’t work out, so now Kady has said she’s looking for someone more mature, and wants the next person she dates to be “marriage and babies” for her.
So, who has she dated in the past? Here is a full rundown of the dating history of Love Island ultimate bombshell, Kady McDermott.
Kady and Scott Thomas, 2016 – 2017
Kady and Scott Thomas were finalists on Love Island 2016, finishing in third place on that series. They were together for around a year, before breaking up in 2017.
Whilst together, Kady and Scott enjoyed a number of holidays, and were pictured on nights out and at swanky events in London. They moved in together after Love Island, but are said to have ended the relationship after a series of rows at home.
Kady once said the split was down to Scott’s partying, but it apparently all became too much when Scott allegedly swore at her during an intense row.
Kady and Myles Barnett, 2018 – 2021
Most Read
Kady’s next boyfriend was TOWIE star, Myles Barnett. The couple started dating in 2018, and were fairly on and off. They announced they were together just weeks after Myles broke up with his TOWIE co-star, Courtney Green.
Kady and Myles broke up a few times over the course of their relationship, but announced it was well and truly over in 2021. During their time together, Kady and Myles moved in together and had been renovating their home.
Kady and Matty Cash, 2022
In 2022, Kady briefly dated Aston Villa footballer Matty Cash. They started dating during the summer of that year, but broke up in the same November.
A source said at the time: “Kady and Matty had a really good couple of months but decided they weren’t right for each other. They are still mates and keep in touch, but there’s nothing romantic anymore. They had both just got out of long term romances when they got together so might not have been ready.”
