Boris Johnson will be in York next week
He will be campaigning to leave the EU
The former Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, will be in York on Monday.
The poster boy for the movement to leave the EU, and staunch supporter of the great British sport of ‘wiff waff’, Boris Johnson will appear at the York racecourse on Monday May 23rd campaigning for Vote Leave ahead of next month’s referendum.
Boris, whose disagreement with Prime Minister and fellow Tory David Cameron about Britain’s place in the EU is emblematic of the split across party lines the upcoming referendum is revealing, has previously compared the EU to Adolf Hitler.
Having travelled across the country on his Brexit ‘Battle Bus’, drumming up support for the campaign to disaffiliate from the EU, the man who claimed that “voting Tory will cause your wife to have bigger breasts and increase your chances of owning a BMW”, will be stopping at the racecourse for a rally.
The rally commences at 19:00 and finishes at 20:00. Doors open at 18:30.
