Warwick ranks in the top 10 universities in the UK for 18 subjects

Highlights include ranking 2nd for both German and Creative Writing


The University of Warwick has ranked within the top 10 universities in the UK for 18 different subject areas, according to the Complete University Guide for 2022.

The rankings, released today, found that Warwick was one of the top 10 universities in the country for a range of subjects, including Economics, German, Mathematics and Creative Writing.

The Complete University Guide ranked Warwick within the top 10 for the following subjects:

• Creative Writing – 2nd

• German – 2nd

• Iberian Languages – 3rd

• Economics – 4th

• Accounting and Finance – 5th

• Philosophy – 6th

• Mathematics – 6th

• History of Art, Architecture and Design – 6th

• General Engineering – 6th

• Classics – 7th

• Italian – 7th

• Business and Management Studies – 7th

• Physics and Astronomy – 7th

• Politics – 8th

• History – 9th

• Linguistics – 9th

• French – 10th

• Computer Science – 10th
