More than half of the students at University of Nottingham are female

Girls really do run the world

More than half the students at University of Nottingham are female, new data has shown.

The Times Higher Education World Uni Rankings has come out, ranking almost 1,800 universities globally. Among other things, the survey revealed the percentage of female compared to male students at each uni across the country.

Both universities in Notts ranked highly on this list, with 57 per cent of students at NTU being female compared to 54 per cent of female students at UoN. It’s no wonder then that both unis have such great vibes.

There’s nothing better than making memories with your fave girlies, stealing your friend’s clothes and makeup products, and jamming out to Taylor Swift as you all get ready for a girls’ night out. And thankfully if you go to uni in Notts, you’ll have plenty opportunities to meet all the best girlies.
