There’s a new Facebook page devoted to UEA memes

Tony AllenSomeone has set up a new Facebook page for relatable UEA memes. And it’s beyond classic.
The page, called ‘Concrete Memes for UEA Teens’, only launched on Thursday and has already gained over 1,000 followers and counting.
Their most popular post to date was their first, a UEA take on the classic Evil Kermit meme which has gained over 250 likes. Other classics include one about the prices of the Union Shop, and another commenting on the outrageous lack of ovens in UEA halls.

We contacted the page for comment, and although the owner wanted to remain anonymous, they told us: “We started the page because UEA is a great uni and it deserves a meme page to go with it.”
They also said they were happy with the response the page has had so far.
The memes cover both the topical and timeless, sometimes at the same time
The page welcomes submissions, so if you fancy yourself as a budding meme artist, drop them a message with your handiwork.
