These are the best dressed people in Leeds this week

It has actually happened everybody, the temperature in Leeds hit below freezing, and then it started snowing. Thankfully for us though, this sub zero temperature meant there was no shortage of faux fur, berets and scarves across campus this week, making this week one of the most fashionable weeks of the term so far.

Louise, 2nd year, English and French, originally from London

Mixing a PURPLE fur coat with gingham is definitely a new trend on campus, but is one which we hope will stay.

Niall, 3rd year, Cultural Studies, originally from Sunderland

If your outfit looks as put together as Niall's when the weather hits freezing, you are doing very, very well.

Imogen, 2nd year, Philosophy, Psychology and Scientific Thought, originally from Manchester

Lydia may only be in first year, but it looks like she has already adopted the iconic vintage Leeds style. If her outfit doesn't make you want to run to the next vintage kilo sale, then I don't know what will.

Chisato, 4th year, Fashion Marketing, originally from Winchester

Chisato is living up to all fashion student expectations with this outfit, meaning she has to be one of the best dressed on campus this week.

Hardeep, 2nd year, Business Management, originally from Birmingham

Another mustard coat making an appearance in best dressed this week, which Hardeep pairs with a (much needed) scarf and even some headphones, to keep him motivated for Fruity (obviously).

Ellie, 1st year, Media Communications, originally from Exeter

Ellie makes her fashionable outfit almost look effortless, and proves that everybody needs a stylish coat and a pair of Leeds' favourite white trainers.

Alexa, 4th year, English, originally from Mississippi

All good things come in three's, and here we have our third stylish use of yellow to make it on the list. Alexa is brightening up campus and reminding us that even though it is snowing here in Leeds, the sun is still shining in Mississippi.

Georgia, final year, Food Science and Nutrition, originally from London

Sometimes, all you need to succeed with an outfit is a skirt and heeled boots, which may not be the best choice of footwear in the snow, but at least they look good.
