In Leeds when it rains, it pours. And with even more bad weather on the way this week, students will be exposed to the elements yet again.
But it’s not all doom and gloom.
The LUU helpdesk is living up to its name by giving soaked students a way to stay dry in deadly downpours.

The friendly campus-based scheme launched at the start of this week offers students an umbrella (-ella?) for the day in the hope that they are returned before the end of the day.

When asked whether students actually brought the umbrellas back, a helpdesk representative told The Tab: “In an ideal world people would return the umbrellas, but we don’t expect them to.”
