Pixie Polite from Drag Race UK was in a relationship with season two queen Tia Kofi

‘I feel a lot of pressure to make her proud’

On last night’s RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, season four queen Pixie Polite opened up to people about her relationship with a past Drag Race queen, a legendary icon that we all know so well. Pixie Polite spoke candidly about her split from a famous Drag Race UK alum in last night’s episode, and it’s none other than season two legend Tia Kofi.

Pixie Polite and Tia Kofi dated for five years

Eagle eyed drag fans knew about the Pixie Polite and Tia Kofi relationship for a while. The two have shared a drag journey, including being in a girl group together and performing around the country. Pixie was also seen in the background of Tia’s clips in Queens on Lockdown, the special episode Drag Race UK aired during season two which showed the queens at home during the global pandemic.

Pixie discussed it on last night’s episode, where she opened up to Danny Beard about the breakup. “Me and Tia Kofi from season two, we used to be in a relationship, we were together for about five years. And because of mistakes that I made, we are no longer together, and there’s a lot I’ve still not processed from it.

“It went from living together, working together, having the same friends… to go from that to being apart was really, really difficult. I’ve had some really dark times this year. Me and Tia are still very close, and it’s hard being here, knowing after all that  we’ve been through, that she is at home really being my biggest cheerleader.

“I feel a lot of pressure on myself to make her proud.”
