What is Matthew up to now after quitting Love is Blind, and are he and Amber together?

Matthew and Amber might have got off to a good start on Love is Blind, but it quickly descended into chaos after Amber discovered he’d been telling the exact same things to her as he’d been saying to AD.

Amber then decided to quit Love is Blind and Matthew quickly followed her, which under different circumstances could have been romantic but instead just came across as desperate and creepy. So, are Matthew and Amber together and what is the financial advisor up to after quitting Love is Blind?

Have AD and Matthew been in contact after Love is Blind?

AD has since given an interview with People where she said she had “zero regrets” for how her relationship with Matthew ended. “I have zero regrets on my little love triangle. I think I did the best and I made the best decisions I could in that moment.”

She has also confirmed she’s spoken to Matthew since filming ended saying: “I did have a few conversations with Matthew. It went well. Matthew’s got a very interesting way of getting his point across. And so, I didn’t push, I didn’t pull anything out of him. He said what he wanted to say, and we had our conversation, and we moved on.”

What has Matthew been up to since quitting Love is Blind?

Matthew has a private Instagram unlike the rest of the Love is Blind cast, but he doesn’t follow Amber nor does she follow him. He didn’t announce he was going to appear on Love is Blind and on the day the show premiered he reposted a Netflix meme on his story that said: “If I sent you this just know I’m not answering any questions today” with a photo of him.

Matthew hasn’t been active on socials, with his last post on Instagram being over 38 weeks ago.

He’s also been furtively commenting on the Love is Blind official Instagram page and posted a statement in the comments. He commented: “Key element of my story that was never disclosed is that I live an alcohol-free lifestyle and did the experiment sober.

“It was a key factor in why I had so much difficulty connecting with women in the beginning. There were also many misrepresentations and falsehoods created in my opinion to smear my character. I look forward to telling my side of the story with the full truth at the appropriate time.”

Are Amber and Matthew together after their joint Love is Blind exit?

Amber doesn’t follow Matthew on Instagram or vice versa and they thankfully don’t seem to be together since Love is Blind ended.

Amber has made some iconic TikToks with AD showcasing their friendship and made another video assuring fans she was “okay” after her experience on Love is Blind with Matthew.
