Ex Islanders on Love Island All Stars

‘Toby strikes again’: What ex Love Islanders have been saying about All Stars

One said one of the girls is ‘just there for a free holiday’ looool

Since Love Island: All Stars started, a whole bunch of ex Islanders have been talking about what they think of the show. Loads of the people sharing their thoughts have lived in the villa with the All Stars before, so definitely know them best in this situation.

They’ve been dishing the dirt on the Islanders’ behaviour, sharing who they think is playing a game, and sending love to their Love Island besties who are trying their luck at finding love again.

Here’s what ex Islanders have been saying about Love Island: All Stars, and all the cast members who are in the villa once again.

‘Watching Mitch on TV is unbelievable’

Of bloody course Scott was going to share his thoughts of being sat at home and watching Messy Mitch in the villa once again. “Watching Mitch on TV is unbelievable,” he began a TikTok review of All Stars. “You thought he was messy in the villa, it’s even messier watching it on TV.”

He then commented on the argument with Mitch and Anton, when Mitch had accused Anton of not having “bro code” because Anton had called him a clout chaser to Liberty. “There’s no such thing as bro code, just wrong and right,” Anton clapped back in a hero moment.

Scott described Mitch as being the “knob head of every friendship group but he’s still your friend” and doubled down on how funny it was to be able to watch him. “In the nicest way… without Mitch it’s probably not as good of a show,” he said. Fair point.

‘Toby strikes again’

Toby was notorious on Love Island 2021 for cracking on with loads of girls and not really thinking about how this might make them feel. One of the girls he cracked on with was Abi Rawlings, who has spoken in an interview with The Sun about what it’s like to see him up to his old tricks again.

“Wow, Toby strikes again,” she said. “I’d hate to watch Georgia get her heart broken. She genuinely looks like she is really into him. So I hope that this is just window shopping, and he doesn’t pull any crazy things out of the bag. They are both open, so I think when it’s this early on, it’s hard because someone’s always going to be more invested than the other and depending on who’s more invested, they’re gonna take offence to it. It’s a really tricky place to be in.”

‘She probably just wants to go for a nice holiday’

Cara De La Hoyde-Massey was on Love Island series one with Hannah, and has joked that her mate looks as though she’s back on the show for a free holiday. Feels.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Cara said: “I love Hannah, I’ve known her for years. She’s true to herself. I’d love her to win but she’s got Reggie [her four-year-old son] at home so she probably just wants to go for a nice holiday. I don’t blame her.”

‘I’ve had acrylics on for longer than that’

Winter Islander Shaughna Phillips, who iconically said her “congrats hun” line after Callum recoupled with Molly on their series, innocently called the All Stars series “the best thing I’ve ever watched” and then had an onslaught of people telling her she wasn’t over Callum.

Making the comments on Instagram, people obviously thought she was commenting on watching Callum and Molly argue in the villa, but she just made the comments about the show on the whole. “Four years on and still bitter,” someone replied to her.

Shaughna snapped back: “I meant this series is the best thing I’ve ever watched you imbecile.” She then explained to someone else: “I shared a bed with Callum for three weeks, four years ago. I’ve had acrylics on for longer than that. I think I’m ok.

She ended the beef: “I’ve had a kid, I can assure you I’ve moved on.”

Chloe responded to everyone begging her to be on All Stars

Ever since Toby entered the Love Island: All Stars villa, everyone has been praying one of the ex Islanders to walk in as a bombshell would be his ex, Chloe Burrows. Addressing the chaos, Chloe said on Twitter: “Pls guys lemme enjoy my holiday never had so many messages pmsl”.

Season two and 2023 bombshell Kady McDermott said she hadn’t been watching the show so far, but posted on her Instagram story a cute picture of herself and Arabella Chi, wishing the best to her pal in the villa.

Ekin-Su spilled who she thinks is the biggest game player in the villa

Speaking to The Tab, queen Ekin-Su shared who she thinks the All Star villa’s biggest game player is. “I think the biggest game player has left,” she said. “Luis was the biggest game player and was just on the show to have fun with girls, not to find love. He didn’t come across well or very authentic. He just flirted with every girl and told her what she wanted to hear.”

In conclusion, Ekin said what we’re all thinking: “We need Chloe Burrows. There’s clearly so much unfinished business with Toby and if producers want ultimate drama, they need to find a way to get her on!”

‘None of them’

via Instagram

Samira Mighty appeared on the 2018 series of Love Island, alongside Georgia Steel, and when asked on Instagram who she’d couple up with if she was on the show said: “None of them.” Honestly girl, same.

‘Everyone knocks about in the same circles’

This series, pretty much all of the Islanders have known each other. Jessie and Will have been reviewing All Stars on their YouTube channel, and this is one of things they pointed out about the show. “Everyone knocks about in the same circles,” Will said as they sat and watched the show live for the video. “I reckon they’re going to bring in a lot of people who have a lot of history.”

Will added: “Are Love Island just going to put in everyone’s exes? Is this Ex on The Beach? The producers are working over time.”
