Omg! Ne-Yo is heading into the villa TONIGHT to perform for the Islanders

Just when you thought this season of Love Island couldn’t get any better, they fly out Ne-Yo to Mallorca to sing for the Islanders.

In tonight’s episode, the Islanders will be treated to a surprise performance from none other than Grammy award winning artist Ne-Yo.

Usually the Islanders get to see the likes of Becky Hill, Joel Corry or Craig David but this year’s crop of Islanders are clearly favourites.

“It’s a new day in the villa and Jess is catching up with the girls before receiving a text,” the synopsis for the episode reads.

The Islanders get a text that reads: “Islanders, it’s time to glam up and get closer because tonight the villa will host a VIP performance from an international superstar.”

“Later that night, the stage is set and the Islanders are greeted by Ne-Yo who starts his set with Miss Independent, followed by Because Of You. Knowing almost every word, the Islanders sing along, showing off their best dance moves.”

Whitney and Catherine are huge fans and Whitney even tells Ne-Yo she loves him and jokes: “I love you back”.

It was previously rumoured “a huge American A-lister” was going to enter the villa, but no one knew who. “The artist will be performing one of the biggest productions including a medley of their global chart-topping hits alongside a spectacular and never before seen finale,” it was reported.
