Iconic Love Island contestants who want absolutely nothing to do with the show now

SCRUBBED from their CVs

There are certain Love Islanders who’ll talk about the show until their dying breath: Chloe Burrows on podcasts, Coco Lodge on TikTok, or Amber Gill on Twitter. Meanwhile, other contestants distance themselves completely. They like to pretend their weeks in the villa didn’t exist. Never would they ever be seen dead giving former Islander insight on Aftersun. Because they’ve rebranded— to classier and cooler things.

So, to refresh your memory, here are all the Love Islanders who want absolutely nothing to do with the show now:

Despite only being on the show in 2020, winter Love Islander Siannise Fudge has already rebranded away from the show on Instagram. Before the show, she worked as a beauty consultant and now posts beauty content to social media, working with every brand under the sun – including Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty.

She has 1.5 million followers and every picture from her Love Island era is long, long, gone.

Zara never really speaks about her experience on Love Island with tabloids or on social media unless she’s dragged into doing so by her Aftersun host boyfriend Sam Thompson. Really, Zara’s in her broadcast girlie era and refers to herself in her bio as a “presenter & documentary maker @bbcthree” after making series on revenge porn and disordered eating.

What a vibe shift.

Maura hasn’t given an interview about Love Island for the past three years and has been channelling a serious Kardashian-esque vibe on Instagram instead. We’re talking neutral clothes, candids— you know the drill. Plus, rather than attending the Boohoo parties most Islanders “step out” at, Maura has instead become a Coachella fashion icon in the US.

She knows the elevated aesthetic she’s aiming for and she’s sticking to it.

Boxing was always going to be Tommy Fury’s entire personality. And, after leaving the villa, he revealed he’d never watched an episode of Love Island— including the series him and Molly were on.

“Love Island has given me the platform of a world champion already,” he told The Sun in January. “It put me out there, it helped me step out the shoes of being Tyson’s little brother, which was all I was called growing up.”

A means to an end!

Molly has said in multiple interviews that she wants to move on from Love Island and she doesn’t think the show is responsible for making her a millionaire.

“The things that I’ve achieved since coming out of that show aren’t really down to the show they’re more down to my drive and ambition to do big things,” she claimed to the MailOnline. “I always say don’t bite the hand that feeds you but also respect that I’ve obviously worked so hard to get where I am now… I always had big goals and I set myself huge dreams.

“Everybody, when they come out of that show, is given the same opportunities – we all have the same 24 hours in the day – and where you take your life when you come out of a show like that is totally dependent on who you are as a person.”
