Right, here’s what’s *really* going on with Love Island’s Yasmin, Lorenzo and Central Cee

Ever since Love Island’s Yasmin split from Tommy, rumours have been circling about her dating two wildly different guys – Lorenzo and Central Cee?! It’s all a bit confusing, so here’s what’s really going on. 

Yasmin and Tommy called it quits earlier in September as things just “weren’t aligning,” she told the BBC at the NTAs. Basically, they just realised things didn’t work on the outside. 

On Friday night, Yasmin was then seen hanging out with rapper Central Cee. She was invited to his private event at London’s 77 nightclub, and he posted a picture on his story with her in the background. She was wearing a red leather top and honestly looked unreal.

Now, here’s the missing context. In an interview last month, the rapper was asked who his celebrity crush is, and he said Yasmin from Love Island.

“I’m sure I’ve got one. Ummm, Yasmin from Love Island,” he said on 60 Seconds with Missy. He then joked that she was already dating Tommy, which put a “spanner in the works” for them. 

The interview went viral at the time because the idea of Central Cee saying his celebrity crush is Yasmin, out of every celebrity in the world he could have chosen, was absolutely sending everyone. Now, they’re actually hanging out, and Tommy is out of the picture, so there’s no “spanner in the works” anymore. Interesting.

So, what about Lorenzo? Well, in the same week, Yasmin and Lorenzo reportedly met up for a coffee date. I can’t keep up! It comes right after he split from Julia.

“Lorenzo and Yasmin met up for a coffee date. They’re both really busy especially with fashion week events jam-packing diaries and Yasmin was obviously already planning to meet up with Central Cee, so it was pretty casual hence it being in the daytime and just over coffee,” a source told The Sun. 

“Everyone’s expecting her to explore the Cee situation first but obviously her and Lorenzo got on in the villa so never say never.”

They’ve also been spotted liking each other’s posts, and Yasmin posted a very telling TikTok which people are convinced was about Lorenzo. 

She showed her phone screen with a call from a “No Caller ID” number and mouthed the lyrics: “He say he don’t want me back, he’d be lying.” Yasmin and Lorenzo had a thing in the villa, so it would make sense. Lorenzo also posted a photo with the same “No Caller ID” screen.

So, what’s really going on? Well, there’s no actual evidence that things are romantic between Yasmin and Central Cee or Lorenzo. They could have just been meeting up as friends, but I’m so here for the drama. The idea of those three being in a triangle wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card. 

Oh, and Lorenzo and Central Cee were both at the same Skims event on Friday night, where Kim Kardashian opened her new London store. Awkward! I wonder if they spoke.
