Aidan and Priya share their relationship status after Love Island in first official update

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for… Aidan and Priya have shared their first official relationship update since leaving Love Island.

The pair had a bit of a rocky end to their villa journey, with Aidan cutting things off after Kavan told him he didn’t feel like Priya was the right girl for him. Then, they both got dumped and seemed to rekindle things before the final, but nobody really knew where they stood.

Since returning to the UK, they’ve been hanging out a lot, and Priya went to Aidan and Kavan’s family home for a BBQ, with Jasmine there too, but is it friendly or romantic? The answer is… romantic! During an interview on Capital Xtra this week, Aidan and Priya confirmed that they are dating, and things are well and truly heading in the right direction.

“I love how we kind of left it as a mystery to the viewers in terms of our situation. I mean, even when we were in the villa, there was not one moment where I said that I wanted to cut things off with you, Priya. I always said that us leaving was gonna benefit us massively, and I think it has,” Aidan said. “I think the few days that we’ve had, I like where it’s going. I’m not gonna go too deep into it, but Praidan is moving forward.”

Priya agreed that “Praidan is going well so far” and they both said: “Pray for Praidan”. Dare I say it… they’re actually kinda cute?! It’s obviously still very early days, but I’m rooting for them.

Meanwhile, Kavan and Jasmine are also going from strength to strength. She gushed on Instagram: “Thank you to everyone who made this so amazing, especially to my @kavanmurphee you walked in and I instantly knew I had to take you home, and so I did hehe.” He added: “I’m so incredibly lucky to have found my person in @jasminegmuller who took my breath away the moment I stepped into the villa.”
