Revealed: The reason Jacqui is only MAFS Australia cast member to not get her Instagram back

This week, the MAFS Australia 2025 cast members have finally had their Instagram accounts back. During the show, they hand their profiles over to Channel Nine, and aren’t allowed to post. Now that things have wrapped up in both Aus and the UK, the cast are back – and have been posting loads. But, one MAFS bride not on their main Instagram account is Jacqui.

Jacqui has been posting on a backup Instagram account whilst the experiment was taking place, because of course she was never going to let a moment go by without her sharing the juicy gossip. On there, she explained that whilst everyone else has their main accounts back, she doesn’t.

Jacqui explained there’s a “time slot” for getting accounts back, which sounds confusing. In true Jacqui fashion, she missed hers. But of course there was a reason behind it. You know Jacqui always has a million other places to be.

“For anyone asking. No I didn’t get my account back today,” she said – on her backup profile. “I’ve been too busy with work, fashion week prep and flights and missed my time slot in classic Jacqui fashion. I’ve had to rebook in for later this week.” We get it, you’re a busy woman!

This comes after it was also revealed Channel Nine banned Jacqui and her new man Clint from doing interviews. After an awkward spoiler slip up, “restrictions” were put on the couple to stop more leaks. Producers were said to be “frustrated” and decided the only option was to “cut off” all interviews with the now couple.
