MAFS Australia expert Mel Schilling makes sneaky dig at Jacqui and Clint’s relationship

The woman, the myth, the legend that is the MAFS expert Mel Schilling has spoken about Jacqui and Clint’s relationship. She subtly threw shade their way.

In case you’re not up to date, the MAFS Australia 2025 contestants Clint Rice and Jacqui Burfoot are now engaged. We were deprived of watching the experts grill Jacqui and Clint about their relationship in a proper MAFS couch session. But Mel has filled us in on her thoughts about the couple.

Cosmopolitan UK asked Mel which couple shocked her the most this season. Mel replied: “Well I gotta say there’s definitely a surprise with Clint and Jacqui getting together. I did not see that coming. I mean whenever there’s a surprise late coupling, it throws us. We didn’t plan for that but I love it. Whichever form love comes in, I’m here for it.”

But when Mel was asked whether she though she’d get invited to Clint and Jacqui’s wedding, her response was a bit shadier. She said: “Based on what’s been happening on social media lately, I’d say probably not.” She laughed. “And I’m fine with that.”

Mel seems to be alluding to Jacqui and Clint’s many, many Instagram and TikTok posts.
