So, who is ‘b’ from the YOU season five opening credits?
So, b is the name of an actor who has joined the show for season five. Actor b plays Phoenix, one of Bronte, or shall we say Louise’s, online sleuthing friends. Phoenix is part of the gang who have heard about Joe Goldberg, and want to take him down. Phoenix is friends with Clayton, who turns out to be the son of Dr Nicky – the therapist Joe framed for Beck’s murder.
The official character description for Phoenix reads: “Phoenix can be seen milling around the downtown scene, and is a resourceful member of that social set who also has a strong ethical code.” The actor b has been in a few other shows, too. They’ve appeared in The Terror, Elsbeth, and WeCrashed.
