Clint says f-bomb comment on MAFS wasn’t even aimed at Jamie, it was just edited that way?!

Who he was actually saying it to might shock you

Clint has revealed that during the MAFS Australia 2025 commitment ceremony, he didn’t even drop that f-bomb comment at Jamie! Last night saw another dramatic episode, which ended in Clint Rice and Lauren Hill bidding farewell to the experiment.

Their exit wasn’t without drama. It came shortly after one of the most rogue MAFS couples’ retreats ever, and a fiery dinner party – with fights and arguments all over the place. Then, sitting down with the experts, Lauren and Clint said they wanted nothing else to do with the experiment. They still said they’d try and make it work together outside, though.

Before the couple said they were going to leave, their sit down on the couch got heated. The name calling continued, and in one moment it looked as though Clint turned to Jamie and said: “Shut the f*ck up for once”. It was pretty shocking!

However now, Clint has said his comment wasn’t even made towards Jamie. It was just sneaky editing from the show’s producers to make it look that way.

“What people didn’t see on camera was everyone coming at us while we were sitting on the couch, and it got to the point where I think Adrian [Araouzou] was probably getting louder and I did say, ‘Shut the f*ck up’,” Clint told Yahoo Lifestyle.

“The edit makes it look like I’ve said that to Jamie, which I didn’t. I said it to mainly Adrian standing up and getting vocal, but I’m copping a lot of negative feedback from saying that to Jamie which didn’t actually happen. I guarantee you, if I had said something like that to any of the girls in the room, do you think I wouldn’t be pulled up on the spot? It just doesn’t make sense.”

Clint also said there was swearing coming from a lot more of the cast members, not just him. He called out everyone else getting a better edit than he and Lauren did. He also made a dig at the experts. Yikes.

“There was definitely yelling and even swearing in our direction, especially towards Lauren, and you don’t see that. It actually looks a lot tamer [on TV] than what it actually was. I was amazed that the so-called ‘experts’ were actually sitting there letting it all happen and unfold,” Clint said.

“Alessandra [Rampolla] was going quite hard at me and trying to get me to say that I was into Lauren, which wasn’t the case at all. And then I think John [Aiken] might have even mentioned like, ‘Hey Clint, it’s okay, you can admit if you’re into Lauren and she’s not’, and I was like, ‘But I’m not. I’m actually not into her, so can you just take it for what it is?’.”

Messy!
