Micah savagely roasts The Ultimatum and reveals why he and Chanel refused to film reunion

Sounds like there’s way more to the story than we know

The Ultimatum is no stranger to providing drama on our Netflix screens every week, but there’s something about this season that’s giving us wild levels of chaos. Micah has fired shots at The Ultimatum season three and revealed on Instagram the real reason he and Chanel refused to film the reunion episode.

In case you didn’t remember, Micah and Chanel were one out of two of the couples who decided to pack up and leave the show in the middle of filming without any explanation. “Earlier in the day, Dave, Vanessa, Micah, and Chanel secretly met off camera,” a title card read. “That evening, surveillance cameras captured them packing. Dave, Vanessa, Micah, and Chanel quickly departed, abruptly ending their experience.”

Creator of the show Chris Coelen has already confirmed that Micah and Chanel did not return to film the show reunion episode, but couldn’t give a reason why. Since then, Micah and Chanel have been giving away some little hints as to why they decided not to go.

In one comment, Micah was asked why he and Chanel “couldn’t have the respect to go on the reunion,” to which Micah answered: “Respect?? I don’t have to respect anyone but Chanel and myself at the end of the day.” Scathing! It sounds like there was some serious tea we didn’t get to watch at the end of the show.

In another comment, a user accused the couple of going on the show to promote their YouTube channel, but Micah wrote back: “Don’t you think if it was clout we were after we would’ve stayed through the entire process? Act accordingly before I turn into Bernie Mac in here.” Damnnn.

Even Chanel chimed in throughout her own comments section, replying to a user who wrote “I would’ve left too. Seems like he realised what was important and that was the whole point of the show anyway. No point in staying and traumatising yourselves further.” Chanel replied saying “sooo glad you understand this.”

She also liked a comment that read “Idc what they’re saying, y’all were so real for that. Once he said ‘keep her safe’ I knew he was ready to take you back home.” It’s very clear where these two stand on leaving and if that’s what made them happy, I’m all for it.
