Ok, here’s the real reason Tulisa didn’t turn up for the I’m A Celeb: Coming Out show

The reunion episode for I’m A Celeb is finally here, but one face noticeably absent from I’m A Celebrity: Coming Out is Tulisa. Following her exit from the jungle, there was a lot of drama.

It was said Tulisa abruptly left Australia after she left camp, and went radio silent on all other engagements for the show. During the Coming Out show, we’ll see how each campmate left the jungle and how they celebrated their first night free. We see what they ate, and how quickly they jumped into a nice soft bed.

It’s a chance for the celebrities to finally find out what viewers and their fellow campmates have been saying about them before coming back together in the real world for one last party – a reunion – and we also see them in emotional scenes as they’re reunited with their much-missed family and friends.

So, why wasn’t Tulisa there to take part in all this? Here’s it all explained.

Why didn’t Tulisa attend filming of I’m A Celeb: Coming Out 2024?

After all the drama surrounding her exit, Tulisa deleted all evidence of the show from her Instagram. It was reported she “disappeared” from the hotel the celebs stay at after the jungle. She then got on a plane back to the UK early.

She didn’t show up to the spin-off show after leaving, and it’s since been confirmed she didn’t film the reunion. An ITV spokesperson told The Sun Tulisa’s absence was due to “personal reasons.” Tulisa later posted on Instagram to set the record straight. She revealed there was never any drama at all, she was just feeling really “overwhelmed”.

Tulisa wasn’t completely absent from I’m A Celeb: Coming Out *technically*, as a short clip from when she was voted out the jungle is set to play. “I said I was going to come out a different person but I don’t feel different, I feel more strong in who I am,” she can be seen saying.

In the show, GK Barry will also be seen showing a video from Tulisa. She said: “Guys as we know someone isn’t here and that someone is Tulisa but fear not because I’ve got a message from her.”

In her message, Tulisa said: “Hello everybody. I’m so proud of you all, you’ve absolutely smashed it. Now, I want you to go and eat yourselves into an oblivion. I’m so sorry that I can’t be there so have a big old drink for me. I love you lots like jelly tots and I will see you soon.”
