Inside Dean McCullough’s vibey life when he’s not screaming at everything on I’m A Celeb

Two weeks ago, I had no idea who Dean McCullough was. But now, he’s the highlight of my TV every night from 9-10 pm. Dean arrived into the I’m A Celeb jungle with a bang, but if you’re like me, you know very little about his life other than that he’s scared of almost everything the show has to offer. Here’s an insight into what he’s up to when he’s not screaming at every horrible critter on I’m A Celeb.

He’s a BBC 1 Radio Presenter

Dean is a Radio 1 Presenter and DJ and has a very vibey life hosting the radio as well as attending festivals and events. It’s a far cry from the I’m A Celeb camp!

He presented Big Brother Late and Live

Most recently, Dean presented Big Brother Late and Live, which is perfect for him as he loves to spill the tea. He must be doing every reality show he can!

He has a lot of fun DJing around the world

Dean is living large and DJing across the world at the moment. He recently played Snowboxx festival in France, and looked iconic in his snowsuit while doing it.

He has a dog called Fred

His little pup is the most adorable thing ever. He’s called Fred and he’s a real pampered pooch!

He used to be a presenter on Gaydio

Before he made his BBC 1 debut, Dean actually worked on Gaydio in Manchester. It was here that he got his big break to be a presenter at the BBC.

He made his first TV appearance on Love Island Aftersun

That’s right! All of us Love Island fans have seen Dean before when he hosted Love Island Aftersun in 2022.
