Man has finger bitten off in Big Weekend attack

It happened on the Sunday


Police are looking for witnesses after a man had his finger bitten off at Radio 1’s Big Weekend. 

The man – in his 30s – was talking to two women near the BBC Introducing Stage when he was approached by the attacker, who punched him in the nose and bit his little finger off.

The attack took place at around 7pm on Sunday 24th May.

The man was assaulted near the BBC Introducing Stage

Police say it happened in a crowded area and want to hear from any witnesses.
