Tickets for the Cock-Soc Ball go on sale this weekend
Its called The Chronicles of Cock-Soc
Lauren KenworthyAt 1pm on Sunday Cock-Soc are releasing tickets for their annual ball which is being held across three dates in June.
The ball will be held on Sunday the 18th, Monday the 19th, and Tuesday the 20th of June and you’ll need to decide which date you’re going before you buy a ticket as dates cannot be swapped.
The society describe the event as stepping into a magical world “a world where it is always winter and never Christmas… don’t forget your fur coats! In the words of C. S. Lewis, “some journeys take us far from home, some adventures lead us to our destiny” and this is one journey worth taking.
Two ticket options will be available, one for the full dinner package and another entertainment ticket for half the price.
The £70 dinner ticket package includes:
– A pre-lash pack
– Transport from Lenton
– A three course feast
– A bottle of wine for each and every human at the table
– A bottle of mythical fire-flower juice/other tipple (Baileys or Port) per table for after dinner
While entertainment only tickets are £35 for:
– An individual pre’s package
– Transport from Lenton
– Entry after 9pm
The Cock-Soc Ball is extremely popular with graduating students, often as an alternative to the official Grad Ball so tickets are expected to sell out upon release.
