Hit and Run Incident in Norwich

A teenage cyclist is a victim of a hit and run incident on Newmarket Road


Police are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run incident in Norwich on Monday November 12.

A car hit a teenage cyclist between 2.30pm and 2.40pm on Newmarket Road near the traffic lights at the Christchurch Road junction.

The car was a 4×4, and hit the front wheel of the teenage girl’s bicycle. As the girl approached the car, the driver drove off along the A11 heading towards the city centre.

If anyone has any information about this hit and run incident, the police are appealing for witnesses.
