There is going to be a Missguided sample sale in uni from Monday

The Closet will be launching the FIRST EVER Missguided Sample Sale in the coming weeks from the 11th-22nd of April, Monday to Friday from 2-6 pm.

For those of you who don’t know how this affects you, we’re talking unseen, unreleased Missguided garms all going for less than £10.

The Closet is a not-so-little, student set-up and led charity clothes store. Based in between the Manchester University Student’s Union and Academy 1, The Closet launched in February this year and has gone from strength to strength, led forcefully by a group of young creatives from our very own Manchester University.

The student action group aim to promote sustainable fashion in a fun and interesting way through celebrating and exhibiting a selection of entrepreneurial talents, all with profits going to the fantastic local mental health charity Manchester Mind.

You may have heard about a few of the store’s previously popular events, including hosting their very own Cheese and Wine night and a fantastic Fill-a-Bag for £5 Sale at the end of last semester, both of which were a massive hit.

Manchester Mind is committed to improving the lives of people with mental health needs. They promote the health and wellbeing of people affected by mental distress and take a positive approach to mental health, challenging stereotypes and discrimination, a cause close to many of our hearts.

The Closet are coming back with a bang this term and will be hosting the first ever Missguided Sample Sale in the two weeks commencing 11^th April, Monday to Friday from 2-6 pm!

The shop will play host to a number of exciting companies for the launch event, employing a super summery theme to bring us all out of our winter gloom and tempt out that Summer sass.

With fantastic local DJs, a summer-time themed photo booth and accompanied by the ever delicious Propercorn and Vita Coco, not to mention the Northern Quarter’s finest Ginger’s Ice Cream Co. who are popping up to bring you some much deserved treats.

There will also be loads of fun competitions to enter with Missguided and The Closet and fab prizes to win.

The Closet invites you all to come along, have fun, find some bargains and raise funds!
