The top five Halloween club nights happening this year in Glasgow

Trick or TREAT yourself to a night out amid deadlines

Welcome to October, the month when university gets serious and it’s suddenly dark by dinner, not forgetting Halloween.

For many, Halloween is a competition of when and where to go. This choice can be overwhelming when its everything anyone is talking about. To help you through this turbulent month, we’ve assembled the list of our favorite spooky-themed club nights in Glasgow.

Buff Club: 31st October

For all of us settling into our new found political consciousness, Buff Club is throwing the perfect Halloween bash. Aptly named Suella after our controversial Home Secretary, it promises a night of “border breaking tunes”.

With tickets available on Eventbrite and no background checks, this will be one to remember.

Cathouse Halloween: 27th, 29th, and 31st October

Where else is best to celebrate the spookiest night of the year than the spookiest club in Glasgow. With three Halloween themed nights on, Friday, Sunday and Tuesday (27th, 29th, and 31st), everyone can get in on the fun.

Manuka: 28th and 31st October

Appealing to those with a classier take on Halloween, Manuka is offering a refined experience on Saturday  and Tuesday. Both the “Saturday massacre” and the “Spooky Tuesday” offer £2 drinks if you needed further encouragement.

Nice N Sleazy: 31st October

If you prefer a classic grunge Halloween, Nice N Sleazy are hosting local indie bands such as Brat Coven and The Runaway Models. These acts are accompanied by the house band finishing off till 2am. This is perfect for those looking for a classic garage rock night with a spooky twist.

Sub Club: 31st October

You hate it, you love it, it’s Subclub. It returns with an XL Subclub Halloween, with such acts as Lewis Doherty and Johannes spinning discs all night in Glasgow’s infamous electronic venue. This night is sure to be a big one, bringing in all the techno-junkies from Glasgow and further afield.
