FUZE GENESIS: Bristol’s biggest fashion show is coming back to Lakota and tickets go on sale TODAY

Last year’s show raised over £20,000 for Black South West Network and Art Refuge

FUZE UK has announced their annual show at Lakota Gardens and this year’s theme is GENESIS. The shows take place on Thursday 16th June and Friday 17th June and tickets go on sale today at 7pm.

Following last year’s show “Utopia”, FUZE: GENESIS will explore the process of self-discovery and take the audience on a journey to embrace their true selves and identity.

The show will be a culmination of a year of collaborative work from over 140 of Bristol’s musicians, dancers, and designers. FUZE’s partners, Mac Cosmetics and Select Model Management will be featured in the show.

FUZE: GENESIS follows on from a successful year for FUZE UK. In October, FUZE launched across the UK branching out across Manchester and London. FUZE’s sell-out events included “Haus of Horrors” and “Berlin! Berlin!” as well as the recent Valentine’s Tour, which saw FUZE partner with POM dating.

Perhaps most impressive is FUZE’s mission to promote and raise money for the issues “facing our generation.” Aiming to be one of the UKs largest non–profit organisations, charity is at the heart of FUZE’s objective.

Last year, the UTOPIA show raised £23,500. The charities selected this year include Black South West Network, a black-led organisation based in Bristol. There is also akt, the national LGBTQ+ youth homeless charity, and finally Off The Record, a charity that supports mental health in Bristol.

Through fashion and music, FUZE has brilliantly spread the message of inclusivity, diversity, and creativity across the UK. A community has been created in which individuals from all walks of life can finally be represented and seen.

This year’s show is set to be the most exciting one to date – celebrating a new, upcoming generation of artists and creatives.

The shows will take place on  Thursday 16th June and Friday 17th June. Tickets are available from 7pm Sunday 10th April.
