University of Birmingham ranked 10th most employable uni in the UK

University of Birmingham was one of only 10 UK universities ranked in the top 100 in the world for employment


The World University Rankings released their sixth annual Global University Employability Rankings today, with the University of Birmingham coming in at 90th in the world for employability.

Therefore, UoB has cemented its place as prestigious university, and an employable one.

The university was only one of 10 other Universities in the top 100 from the UK, while the American uUniversities dominated the list.

Other UK universities on the list included: University of Cambridge (4), University of Oxford (7), Imperial College London (16), King’s College London (23), University of Manchester (24), University of Edinburgh (32), London School of Economics and Political Science (45), University College London (48), University of Bristol (84) and the University of Birmingham (90).

The top three in the world for employability are: California Institute of Technology (1), MIT (2) and Harvard University (3).
