Leo admits he was wrong to flex his Rolex and shares what he learnt going on Love Is Blind

After being one of the more controversial members of the Love Is Blind season seven cast, Leo has taken to TikTok to share some of his infinite wisdom of being on reality TV – which includes an important lesson about his Rolex. He seemed to take a lot of the hate he received quite well, and has even been poking fun at himself online. Here are the lessons he shared with his TikTok followers in the hilarious video.

1. Go to therapy before you go on a national reality dating show

On a real note, Leo warned anyone who was considering going on national TV to take part in a dating show to “go to therapy before” rather than just after. This could be a dig at the hate he’s been receiving for the way he came off on the show, or just a message to the viewers to show some compassion.

2. Take one slow deep breath before you speak

Leo explained in his TikTok that stopping to take a slow deep breath before you say anything will “drastically alter the course of your life.” There are definitely a few times he could have taken that advice, like when he went off on Hannah. I guess it’s a lesson learnt!

3. Don’t wear your Rolex on TV

Leo is probably most famous to Love Is Blind viewers for showing off his Rolex at any given moment. Seriously, it was in every shot possible. But, it seems he’s reflected on the way it stole the show and made it quite clear he’d go about it all differently today. He said in the video: “If you happen to be so blessed as to own a Rolex, do NOT wear that sh*t on TV.”

My favourite comment on the video had to be “he’s still talking about the damn Rolex.”
